Lausengier, S.L (hereinafter, Lausengier, S.L) expresses its commitment to comply with the applicable legislation at all times regarding data protection, specifically with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data; Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the implementing regulation of Organic Law 15/1999; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, and other applicable legislation. In accordance with Article 5 of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Users are informed that the personal data provided on the Platform will be subject to automated processing and will become part of the files owned by Lausengier, S.L, as the data controller duly registered with the General Registry of the Andorran Data Protection Agency, for the purposes of managing registered Users on the Lausengier.com Platform.

According to applicable legislation, the Privacy Policy that Lausengier, S.L uses in processing the data of Users who register through Lausengier, S.l.fr (hereinafter the Platform) is detailed below.

I. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing the data is contact through any of the means available on the Platform (forms, contact email), the execution of the User’s registration on the Platform, and the subsequent use the User may make of it.

II. What information does Lausengier, S.L collect?

The information we receive on the Platform from Users is collected as follows:

a) Information that Users provide directly:

Lausengier, S.L collects and stores certain information that the User enters on the Platform or provides in any other way:

• Registration Data: Information the User provides when creating an account on the Platform, such as the User’s name, email address, home address, etc.
• User Profile Information: Information the User adds to the Platform to use the Service. The User can view and edit the personal data of their profile as needed.
• User Account Data: Information about orders placed by the User.
• Additional Information the User wishes to share: Information the User may provide to Lausengier, S.L for other purposes, such as the billing address if the User requests to receive invoices from Lausengier, S.L.

b) Information that Users provide indirectly:

• Data derived from the Use of the Platform: Lausengier, S.L collects data derived from the User’s use of the Platform each time they interact with it.
• Device Data: Lausengier, S.L stores data from the connection device the User uses to access the Service, including the Internet IP address, information about the User’s computer or mobile device, internet connection, browser type, version, operating system, device type, complete clickstream of Uniform Resource Locators (URL), including date and time, the User’s cookie number, browsing history, and User preferences.
• Data derived from the User’s origin: If the User arrives at the Lausengier, S.L Platform through an external source (such as a link from another website or social network), Lausengier, S.L collects data from the source from which the User comes.
• Data derived from cookies: Lausengier, S.L uses its own and third-party cookies to facilitate navigation for its Users for statistical purposes.
• Data derived from external third parties: Lausengier, S.L may collect personal information or data from external third parties only if the User authorizes these third parties to share the information.

III. For what purpose is the data collected?

1. Lausengier, S.L uses the data it collects from Users to provide the Service requested by the User through their account on the Platform, according to the mechanism described in the “Terms of Use.”
2. Lausengier, S.L also uses the information to investigate and analyze how to improve the services it provides to Users, as well as to develop and improve the features of the service it offers.
3. Lausengier, S.L may also use Users’ information to detect and investigate fraud, as well as other illegal activities and potential violations of our “Terms of Use.”
4. Internally, Lausengier, S.L uses the information for statistical purposes to analyze User behavior and trends, understand how Users use the Platform, and manage and improve the services offered, including the possibility of adding new features.
5. Lausengier, S.L may use the personal data provided by the User to send communications via email and/or SMS to the User about the operation of the service. Lausengier, S.L will send messages to the User with information related to the status of the requested order, and once completed, Lausengier, S.L will send a summary/receipt of the order and its price to the User’s email. By registering on the Platform, it will be understood that the User accepts this Privacy Policy and therefore authorizes Lausengier, S.L to carry out both communications.
6. Lausengier, S.L, with the User’s consent, may send promotional messages and/or offers related to the Service to the Users’ email. If the User does not wish to receive the mentioned information and/or commercial communications, Users may opt out at any time by selecting the “Unsubscribe” option in the email itself, and consequently, Lausengier, S.L will immediately cease sending the mentioned information.
7. If the User connects their account to another social network or a third-party website, Lausengier, S.L may use the information provided to that social network or third party, provided that this information has been made available to Lausengier, S.L with the User’s consent.

IV. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the User does not request its deletion, for a period of 24 months from the last interaction.

V. Does Lausengier, S.L share the information it collects?

The personal data that Lausengier, S.L collects will be used exclusively to achieve the purpose defined in the “Terms of Use.” Lausengier, S.L will not transfer your data to other companies unless it has the prior and express consent of the User. At all times, the only recipient of the information contained in the User’s personal data will be Lausengier, S.L, except if the User, voluntarily and expressly, wishes to disclose this personal information through the means available on the Platform, with a view to providing certain services related to the Service.

VI. What rights do Users have?

Lausengier, S.L provides the User with access to a large amount of information about their account and operations on the Platform so that they can view, and in some cases, update this information. Any User may access the User profile and complete and/or edit it as they see fit. The information and data provided by the User will be available at all times in the User’s account and may be modified by the User through the edit profile option. The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, considering that the exercise of these rights is personal, so it will be necessary for the affected party to prove their identity. The exercise of these rights must be made in writing, signed by the data owner, indicating their address, and attaching a copy of their National Identity Document or another accrediting document, addressed to the contact email of Lausengier, S.L. As mentioned above, if the User wishes to stop receiving emails from Lausengier, S.L, they may adjust their subscriptions in their email inbox and press the “Unsubscribe” button.

VII. How do we protect Users’ data?

Lausengier, S.L has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, to prevent, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access. As mentioned above, the personal data provided will not be transferred to third parties without prior authorization from the owner. Lausengier, S.L also informs Users that they have the right to exercise before the Andorran Data Protection Agency, as the competent Supervisory Authority in matters of Data Protection, the effective protection of the rights recognized here.
